The submission is that even in modern-day population like North Pabarchara Nagar, there is no complete arrangement for cleanliness. 

The area I live in is called twenty nine blocks of double stories. 

Good people live in this whole block, but the sanitation system is not good in our block. 

At first I thought that due to the neglect of the residents, there are always heaps of garbage in the corner of this block. 

But for the last several days I have been investigating this matter. 

In this regard, I regret to inform that the arup appointed to clean this area is not doing his job properly. I've told him twice. But he ignores it.
It is a hot day nowadays. There is an outbreak of colera in many parts of the city. In such a condition, such a huge pile of garbage lying in the street is home to many diseases. 

Don't know how many terrible diseases insects will be growing in it! Worrying about the health of the people of this area, 

please kindly direct the inspector of this area to remove the filth here.
If you can send a Arup here tomorrow morning, I will take care of all
